Can I hold a property without a reservation?
Because most of our properties allow online booking, reservations are offered on a first come, first served basis. Until you have completed an online reservation and agreed to the Terms and Conditions, you do not have a confirmed reservation. Once completed, the online calendar is automatically blocked and our system will not allow other reservations for the same dates.
How do I check in when I arrive?
Prior to your arrival we will issue your Welcome Letter via email. It gives you ALL the information you need to arrive at your confirmed property. Please read it carefully and bring a copy with you when you travel.
Is there a shuttle service from the airport?
Yes. The Arizona Shuttle Service offers trips - local: 520-889-1000, toll free: 800-888-2749. The service fee is paid directly to the carrier. Many rental car companies also operate at the airport; we recommend reserving in advance during peak season.
When will I be given the Property Address and Check-in Info?
All of the property information including address, entry code, wifi, etc will be emailed to you one day prior to arrival.
Where can I rent bicycles?
Local companies include broadwaybicycles.com and tucsonbicycles.com.

What if I arrive after 3 PM?
You may arrive any time after 3:00 PM. A key box will be on the door of your rental; prior to arrival we email you the code.
Why am I paying a cleaning fee?
We professionally clean each property upon your departure to ensure the highest quality cleanliness for every guest.
Do you offer maid service?
Your property is professionally cleaned prior to arrival. For mid-stay cleaning we can connect you with a cleaning crew that you pay directly.
If I leave early will I get a refund?
There are no refunds for early departure.
Are linens and towels included?
Yes! All of our properties are turn-key. Bring your personal items and food - everything else (paper products, cleaning supplies, bath soap, coffee filters, etc.) is there for you.
